It is estimated to be around 200 quintals (20,000 kg) of rice daily. That's 22.046226 tons, and we're only talking about the rice. Amazing. 

The kitchen, known as the Langar Hall, is a part of the temple complex and is run by volunteers. The Langar Hall serves free vegetarian meals to all visitors, regardless of their religion or social status. The meals are served round the clock and can feed up to 100,000 people daily. The kitchen operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is open to all.
