Any defect due to manufacturing is covered by a one- to three-year warranty. Also, the warranty covers cracks, chips, breaks, or permanent stains that occur under normal household use. The warranty runs for one year from the date of purchase.

Normal household use includes preparation, serving, and cleaning up after meals. The warranty does not cover damages that occur during moving, storage, camping, or commercial use.

You should not put popcorn bags or food with special wrapping in Corelle plates or bowls. These heat rapidly and can cause the dishware to break.
